Using Our Services

Sending a Cargo is easy! Just download our mobile app or visit our website, register for an account, and follow the guided process to place your delivery order.

Yes, you can track your Cargo in real-time using our Mzigo SASA tracking services that some of our transporters have subscribed to. They will share their transporting vehicles tracking link with you for the duration of your delivery.

Pricing and Payment

The cost and agreement that you will agree with your transporter before accepting their offer. You will post your task with the amounts you intend to pay. The transporters may accept your offer or offer a counteroffers. You will only accept a transporters offer which is comfortable with you after also considering the transporters ratings and reviews.

Our linkage services are subscription based. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, mobile money, and online payment platforms. However, payments between transacting parties will be agreeable between them.
